The wires, I’ve been improvising with the materials i’ve found. Spikes, shrinkable, etc… I had to think also where pass the cables, making holes in the supports or where i needed… All thinking in the machine movement, and that there isn’t any intersection between cables and movement parts.
It has been also important the limit sensors, to protect the mechanics against any software error or problem, so there isn’t any possibility to break the spindles, or the structure itself. Through the programation, when this sensor is activate, it will stop any kind of movement. A security system very important
As you can see in the next images, the look of the machine is a little bit more “professional”. Also, despite of the axis movements, there will be any interference between cables.
